To achieve this, we have adopted the following five-step approach (i) Together with the family, we conduct a thorough evaluation in order to scope the care plan accurately. (ii) Based on this evaluation we construct an appropriate service level agreement. (iii) In accordance with the brief, we will allocate a suitably qualified and experienced caregiver. (iv) A member of our management team will make regular on-site visits to ensure that the quality of service is being maintained and that our client is satisfied. (v) In conjunction with the family, we will regularly reassess the client’s needs and adjust the service accordingly.

Nurse Sabrina has been a wave of peace for us, she does her work professionally and has bonded with the baby, she shows concern for her health which is a plus
